This scientifically formulated feed, recognises the horses limited capacity for digesting high starch rations and ensures that the pre-digested carbohydrates provided, are readily absorbed and utilised in the small intestine of the horse.
Technically Advanced
Crucially this allows a smaller quantity to be fed without compromising nutrient intake, improving gut health and therefore performance on the track.The easy to eat, steam extruded nuggets are highly palatable when introduced slowly. They are extremely easy to feed with one scoop of BlackType Power replacing a scoop of traditional race cubes, but the weight being 30-40% lighter. This means in most cases the existing diet can be replaced scoop for scoop, equating to an easy and seamless transition.

Any dietary changes should be made gradually over a minimum of 7 days. Always provide fresh, clean water. Combine with forage/fibre totalling 1.5%-2% of the horses bodyweight daily. Feeding rates above are a guide only.
